Holy Cow

We are losing sight of what makes us healthy and in turn what keeps the world in good health. We are losing (or perhaps most worryingly have already lost) the sense of community, which for thousands of years has helped us live cooperatively and as a result sustainably.

It is ironic that practices which were deemed inefficient or outdated may actually hold the key to finding a balance between our needs and those of the planet in modern times. Eating well, eating locally and making choices that are in harmony and not in conflict with the environment.

This short film is an honest look at farming and our relationship with "the things that we eat and the things that we eat, eat".

It resonates very strongly with me and what we are trying to do with our own business (except the bit about Yorkshire beef being the best in the world!).

It's worth a look.
